• Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you receive is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
• Incorrect Orders: If we ship you an incorrect product due to our error, we will provide a full refund.
• Unfulfilled Orders: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund.
• Damaged During Shipping: If the product is damaged during shipping, as evidenced by photos or video taken upon receipt, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

2. Refund Process

If the product was damaged during shipping, please provide photos or video evidence of the damage.

Domestic Shipping (Mainland UK And Northern Ireland)

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) of receipt.

Shipping Methods:

• Courier 3 Day (standard shipping) - Free shipping on orders over £30. A flat rate of £3.99 will be applied to orders under £30.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

If any issues arise during the processing or shipping of your order, we will communicate with you directly to provide updates and resolve the problem.

We do not currently ship to international destinations.

Lost or Damaged Packages
