Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be considered for the following reasons:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you receive is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Incorrect Orders: If we ship you an incorrect product due to our error, we will provide a full refund.
- Unfulfilled Orders: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund.
- Damaged During Shipping: If the product is damaged during shipping, as evidenced by photos or video taken upon receipt, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product. You will need to provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund. If the product was damaged during shipping, please provide photos or video evidence of the damage.
3. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed to the card used for the purchase.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or damaged during shipping.
5. Exceptions
The following items are generally not eligible for refund:
- Cancelled Orders: Orders cancelled during the processing stage may be subject to a materials fee, which will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
- Customized Products: Products that have been customized to your specifications are generally not eligible for refund.

Domestic Shipping (Mainland UK And Northern Ireland)
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) of receipt.
Shipping Methods:
- Courier 3 Day (standard shipping) - Free shipping on orders over £30. A flat rate of £3.99 will be applied to orders under £30.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
If any issues arise during the processing or shipping of your order, we will communicate with you directly to provide updates and resolve the problem.
We do not currently ship to international destinations.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged before the expected delivery date, please contact us within 14 business days of receiving the product. We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate your request, but please note that there may be additional fees or delays.

Our models undergo a thorough cleaning process to minimize prep time, but some small supports may still remain and require removal before painting. This is common with resin 3D prints.
When you choose the option to purchase a resin model with supports attached at a discounted price, you understand and agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for the careful and proper removal of the 3D printing supports.
- Models will not have been completely cured and may require additional curing.
- Resin models can be fragile, and improper support removal can lead to breakage or damage.
- The Resin Den is not responsible for any damage caused to the model during, or as a result of, the customer's support removal process.
- Damage incurred during customer support removal will not qualify for a replacement model or a refund.
We recommend researching and understanding best practices for removing supports from resin prints before attempting to do so. We may provide optional guides or links to resources for your convenience, but these are provided without guarantee of outcome.
