Ser Elias is one of the only Men of Minera to ever successfully transpose themselves beyond the bounds of the planes of Minera or her Children, though for millennia he has been trapped in void, in a state of limbo in the old world that he tried to return to, with naught but his thoughts to accompany him as he watched centuries of history unfold. In the wake of Dragonblight he returned, maddened, perishing in the city of Canos once again where his soul wandered, lost. Months later, when Namneri’s Chalice was reforged, he took shape again, yet now bound by flame and hatred for those who could not heed his warnings. Draksborne’s military and the Psithars thus chained him, hoping that one day his sanity might return, or they can beset him against their enemies.
